Avanoo is a Boulder, Colorado-based startup that offers enterprise-level organizations culture change at scale. They exist to support employees in shifting their behaviors, their mindsets, and the stories they tell about themselves and their organizations. These shifts have significant impact in the quality of their lives and the bottom-line success of their organizations. Stemming from the vision of the founders, Avanoo believes that when people learn to tap into their potential, the effects ripple out far beyond their work, improving lives, and ultimately the world.

This very human-focused brand was in need a new brand identity—one that communicated intuition and empathy at the enterprise level. Following a strategic deep dive, our design and copy team developed a comprehensive system that was organic, approachable and professional. Elements included social media skins and templates, print ads, brand stationery, graphic/illustrative elements for web, social and marketing assets, photography treatment, as well as brand copy and tone of voice documents.
